• We will provide addition help sessions for our ‘Platinum’ and ‘Diamond’ users subject to availability of trainers.
• We do not review or edit the courses for legal issues, and we are not in a locus to analyse the legality of course content. We do not assure in any manner the consistency, legitimacy, accurateness or truthfulness of the courses. If you register a course, you trust on any information provided by an instructor at your own risk.

Technical Mishaps:

This includes the technical mishaps like software issues, internet connectivity and server issues. We always ensure and strive to do our best in serving the best quality services to our users and make them hassle free. Hence, our technical team will always monitor the software for a better performance. Sometimes, the portal can misbehave due to issues ( problem in your computer or server issue) which are not in our control. In any consequences, we will not take the blame in such issues. The prices and the plans prescribed are fixed according to the services we provide. You cannot customize the services among the plans unless our approval. Payments: You obey to pay the fee for the courses that you purchase, and you allow us to charge your credit or debit card or proceed with the other means of payment (such phonepay, Google Pay, netbanking, paytm) for those fees. Thescorebooster.com works with the third party payment processing partners in order to provide you the most convenient payment methods and to keep information secure. If your payment methods crashes and you still get the access to use our services, you agree to pay us the prescribed amount within the prescribed mentioned time in the notification you receive from us. We reserve the right to terminate your services for which we have not received the payment.

Payments:

You obey to pay the fee for the courses that you purchase, and you allow us to charge your credit or debit card or proceed with the other means of payment (such phonepay, Google Pay, netbanking, paytm) for those fees. Course Expiry:

• We provide online test prep for SAT and GRE in flexible study plans. These study plans are different from each other in terms of number of services (video lectures, full length tests, practice tests, module wise tests, number of classes or sessions, additional help sessions), price and time period.
• As we have already mentioned the time period of every pack in the pricing menu, you agree with the expiry agreements and abide with the course termination policy after the course tenure.
• We reserve the right to terminate the services once it is out of tenure.

Refund Policy:

If you feel like, “thescorebooster.com” is not something that you’ve looked for or if you feel the content or the material will not help you get your targeted score, or if you feel anything inappropriate in our website, you are eligible to get a refund under the below circumstances.

Please note that these conditions are placed in order to prevent misuse or abuse of the refund policy, and not to cause inconvenience to anyone.

7-day Refund Guarantee (Conditions apply):

We present a 7-day money-back guarantee for the courses on thescoreboostercom. If you want to withdraw from the enrolled course, then you are entitled to get a full refund.

However, we are not bound to refund your claim if

• You did not like the class.
• You believe that our sessions, materials, practice tests, module wise tests or any other services provided by us is not up to the mark.
• You cannot continue attending our online sessions or using any of the services that we provide due to your personal issues.
• There is any technical including connectivity issues from your end.

Apart from the above clauses, you can raise a refund request within 7-days of your enrolment or payment whichever is earlier..

Updating terms of use

The terms of the website shall be governed by and established in accordance with Indian law. All disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana,India only.
